Each vine follows a timeline, much like our own lives and friendships. Season after season, it endures the elements, overcomes challenges, and emerges stronger—yielding fruit at just the right time.
We have learned to celebrate the best of what the Vine offers each year. Our journey began by gleaning from the land of another vineyard, and our timeline took root through propagating old vines and nurturing new vines take shape and flourish.

Meet Miss Caroline
Caroline of Salisbury Vineyards is a partner to Firebrick Winery.
Caroline does almost everything with her hands. Her passion is food, recipes, her dogs, and gathering with her family. Any visitor will quickly learn she's an interior designer with a passion for decorating her log home through the seasons of life. She's also an artist and creates very special gifts that sometime include cupcakes, wreaths for Christmas, or a home cooked meal. Her love for food creates some of the most memorable moments around the table. Her onion rings are a well kept secret. Caroline is also a visionary and a dreamer. Her lifelong dream has been to see God's gift of land nearly 40 years ago yield fruit for her family and the entire community. We at Firebrick Winery are privileged to partner with her and Salisbury Vineyards to walk out her journey of faith with her.
All of our wines and fruit wines are original recipes made by us and inspired by her. Her story is that she works with what's in her hands... and so do we.

Sustainability & Bio-dynamic Practices
Sustainable and bio-dynamic vineyard practices is a natural choice for us as stewards of the land. We honor our friends at Agri-Aloe, who produce an organic soil amendment and bio-stimulant shown to promote plant health and prevent disease. Our vineyard will soon employs] sheep to manicure the the ground cover and contribute to bio-stimulants.
We honor the Vine, allowing nature to nourish it, and in return, it speaks to the rhythm of our own lives. Our story intertwines with the grape, revealing a deep understanding of what the vine has endured through each season.
There is wisdom in the hands of the Vine-dresser—to know when to intervene and when to step back, letting nature work in quiet mystery. This delicate balance allows something rare and remarkable to emerge—each harvest offering a new expression of taste, fragrance, and complexity.
As winemakers, we bottle this journey. Each grape is hand-selected, each wine handcrafted to create a natural and organic experience that is unique to every label. When you pick up a bottle, you’re not just tasting wine—you’re experiencing the depth of our story, the patience of the process, and the beauty of progress.
